Full Job Description At least 2 years experience in automotive service writing
Superior leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
Will be responsible to meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Scan customer vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs
Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements
Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers
Communicate with technicians on service repairs
Order parts for approved repairs
Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended service
Resolve customer complaints
Generate work orders and invoices for customers
Maintaining an organized schedule
Ability to work hard with limited supervision
Proficient on the computer
Pay based on experience

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
