Full Job Description Office Assistant will be clocking associates in/out, reviewing timecards for corrections, submitting daily reports, making sure that employees have all their PPE, issue PPE as needed.
Note – Pay Rate for this Job is $15/Hour
Responsibilities:
• Assist with orientations for all new hires, communicating with client for any updates.
• Must be knowledgeable with spreadsheets, excel.
• Will be doing other miscellaneous assignments as needed.
• Enter time for 3 employees on Paylocity
• File paperwork
• Enter receipts into Excel sheets
• Process invoices to be sent to our accountant at the diocese
• Manage the pastors calendar
• Enter Contribution statements
Qualifications
• Must be able to read, wright and follow instructions.
• Must have 2 years Admin Assist experience.
• Must have a smart phone, valid picture I.D. and Soc Sec Card.
• The hours for this position would be Sunday - Thursday 9AM -2PM Clerical or office experience is a must
• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
