Full Job Description Twin Oaks Academy is searching for applicants to work in residential setting. The goal of this program is for is to timely reunify unaccompanied alien children with their families, in a caring, understanding, and compassionate setting. We are seeking people that have experience in the human services field, and are looking for individuals who speak Spanish. Our agency is a non-profit that has been working with youth, providing guidance and service to them, for over 20 years. Please see all available position posted. Only serious inquiries need apply.
Head Maintenance Worker Job Summary:
• Supervises Maintenance Worker and manages the Maintenance Request System, ensuring that all requests are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provides maintenance and repair for all equipment, including required electrical equipment.
• Communicates to Program Management the maintenance needs of equipment and supply needs; reports safety issues to Program Management.
• Provide routine maintenance and repair of all buildings.
• If needed, will provide emergency First Aid and CPR in accordance with American Red Cross Standards.
Head Maintenance Worker General Requirements :
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Current state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid by a nationally recognized organization (Red Cross, AHA).
• Meet criminal background check and drug screening per state requirements.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
