Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tampa, FL. This is a new role to help with the influx of call volume due to onboarding new clients. We are looking for someone to help while the new Help Desk employees get up and running. Responsibilities:
• Clients will be calling regarding technical issues; Candidate will identify their issue and forward the issue to the correct IT associate
• Responsible for inbound and return calls
• Will follow up on previous cases
• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
