Provide operational support for the Rooms To Go IT department through the administration of shipping, receiving, inventory and asset management services. The Asset Management Clerk is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory through adherence to process and will utilize systems and tools to measure and maintain accuracy.

What you ll be doing:
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Analyze inventory trends to make sparing recommendations.
Proactive monitoring of tickets and timely updates.
Perform asset record entry through system automation and manually as needed.
Perform physical inventory cycle counts.
Perform asset record entry through system automation and manually as needed.
Receive, unpack, and deliver IT assets and supplies in a timely manner.
Process and document returned assets as required.
Maintain clean and well-organized work areas.
Recycle or dispose of assets that are damaged and/or out of support.
Submit Ticket Requests for replenishment of inventory.
Ship assets to remote locations.
Pick up equipment from other departments and process for returned stock or recycle.
Process inbound purchase orders and shipments and create relevant asset and associated records for the vendors, support agreements and contracts.
What we re looking for:
High School Diploma or GED minimum.
Formal training in inventory control.
Must have license to operate Warehouse machinery.
Self-disciplined to work under minimum supervision.
Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.
Must be detail oriented.
