Job Description:
Seeking HVAC Branch Manager for our client in Tampa. **Specifically needing experience in New Residential Construction. **
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LOCAL BUILDING CODES.
Will be responsible for:
* Managing others - will be a team of technicians under you.
* Residential & Commercial bid proposals (You'll be responsible for pricing out material, equipment, subs, etc).
* Some travel to client sites.
*Building and maintaining client relationships.
Compensation:
*Includes PTO, 401(K), Base plus commission structure, company vehicle, and more.
* Our client is open on salary based on experience.
Requierments:
*Minimum of 5+ years in managing role within HVAC industry.
*Experience in New Construction - Residential
