Job Summary:
Our housekeepers are an important part of the cleanliness of our restaurant. They will work efficiently and effectively with other team members on the day to day cleaning and sanitizing, along with special projects throughout the week. Lead Housekeeper will lead employees to ensure the daily tasks are complete.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing of furniture.
• Ensure all rooms/areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Lead/ guide employees to correctly clean areas/ rooms that are needed
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify managers of any damages, deficits or disturbances
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when necessary- Inventory
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
