We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team as a member of our growing Technical Services Southeast division.McKinstry has a unique perspective on the life of a building, andourTechnical Servicessuite of owner-direct offeringshelpsour clients make good decisions that will improve the efficiency, comfort, and lifespan of the building.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will support business development and sales efforts for our Southeast region. This will include developing and maintaining a sales plan, driving opportunities, lead generation, proposal development, responding to RFPs and RFQs, etc. Additionally, you will support and develop consultative relationships with potential and existing clients and utilize McKinstry tools, processes, and strategies to support these efforts.
Our sales success with clients hinges on a consultative-sales approach that engages clients in the issues and challenges they are facing with their facilities. If that excites you, this is the right role for you!
What we would like to see from you:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalentbusiness experience required.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and criticalfacilities such as data centers required.
• Working knowledge of the enabling legislation as it pertains to contracting methodssuch as Performance Contracting, etc preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience of financial/performance contracting experienceincluding previous leadership, sales, and marketing with an energy services orrelated organization, with responsibilities for identifying leads, closing sales, andproviding oversight to a project implementation team required.
