Full Job Description We are a primarily Fix/Flip investment company with additional involvement and ownership of a marketing business, education business and other items that tie into the real estate industry. This position requires a candidate with strong multi-tasking abilities and the eagerness to learn multiple areas of Real Estate Investing we are involved in. This position has lots of room growth in the company upon mastering each portion of the required duties.

Experience (preferred or required):
• High School Diploma required, and Associate’s degree in Business preferred
• 2 to 5 years related office management/executive assistant experience preferred
• 2 to 5 years personal assistant experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Experience working in real estate industry preferred
• Working knowledge of social media and content marketing
• Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the owner with daily tasks
• Effectively and professionally answers and returns calls, emails, and mail communications both internally and externally
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion
• Organize all files
• Perform data entry
• Schedule meetings and/or calendar appointments
• Keep organized and run reports
• Shop and run errands for office
• Run Misc errands
• Miscellaneous help with printing, archiving, organizing, decorating, booking flights/hotels, running errands, editing documents, developing presentations, etc.
• Organization of company events and conferences
• Maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the office / kitchen areas
• Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
• Attend business meetings and trainings as required
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

• Excellent time management skills, ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines, and be able to work autonomously from home for calls or problems related to daily matters
