We are seeking a Sales Associate/Designer to join our team! This job is two fold. On one side you will meet with customers and be the face of Choice Kitchen and Bath conducting the initial consultation. This is followed up by creating the estimate using estimating software and creating the design using design software. Responsibilities: - Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers - Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily - Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers - Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts - Create remodeling estimates for predominantly kitchens and baths using templates like Clear Estimates (training provided) - Design new layout with design software like 2020 Spaces, Chief Architect, or the like - Staying knowledgeable about our range of products - Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met - Maintain required project documentation - Regularly reporting project status to owner - Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control Requirements: - Experience in sales and Design, or prior industry sales experience - Must have own means of transportation - Positive, energetic, can-do attitude - Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills - Excellent time management and follow up skills - Customer-driven - Deadline and detail-oriented - Bilingual a plus
