• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Office Environment experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties.
• Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
• Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily. (Gmail)
• Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion.
• Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Completing reports in a timely manner. Reports include:
• Time-Keeping and Payroll
• Client Specific Reporting
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting w/in job duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: Special skill knowledge and pertinent techniques to work assignment involving:
• Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks.
• Computer skills including:
• Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Windows
• Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
• Work independently and highly self motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Initiative, attention to detail.
• Thoroughness, dependability, tact and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is an office position which requires the use of basic office equipment. Including computer, telephone and related equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Full Time
• 40 hours per week
• $14.00 per hour based on experience
