Primary Responsibilities
Bold Servicing’s Service Consultants will work closely with potential and current customers helping them through the process of upgrading their pest and mosquito services. Consultants are vital in helping homeowners understand the importance of pest control and all the aspects that go along with it while proactively earning their business. They will own the sales process with an account manager mindset from first knock to close and will be supported by the best customer service and operations team in the business.
• This is a door to door sales job. Cold contact homeowners by going door to door and provide information about our services and show the difference between our service and others.
• Market Bold’s services and set up new customers with service
• Generate personal leads and capitalize on sales opportunities

Requirements
• Must be able to complete applicable sales training
• Must be able to accept rejection (not uncommon to hear 50 “no’s” before you hear a “yes”)
• Be well spoken and an effective communicator.
• Be able to present yourself in a professional manner.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Be willing to listen, learn, and be humble.
• Smartphone is required at minimum, iPad is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Position is “choose your own hours” however meet certain monthly quotas regardless of time worked.
Compensation
• Commission only with gradual increase due to residual payment model.
• $2,000-$3,000 avg first month commission
• $3,000-$6,000 avg monthly commission after the first month.
• $6,000-$12,000+ avg monthly commission after the first 8 months.
• Cash bonuses and other incentives along the way
