Full Job Description Happy's rents and sells furniture, appliances, electronics, and mattresses through 14 retail locations in Central Florida.
Account Managers are responsible for collecting payments from 200 - 300 Rent to Own customers. Successful Account Managers build a strong relationship with their customers and make payment plans with customers that are unable to make their normal payments. They are very detailed oriented and results driven.
Daily Activity
• Call and email expired customers
• Take payments from expired customers
• Make visits to expired customer homes
• Execute Happy's Account Management Procedure
• Assist with rental unit returns
• Assist with rental unit refurbishment
• Sell to customers with good payment history
Required Skills
• WPM 35+
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong phone communication skills
• Valid Florida Driver's License
