Work you'll do:
As the Endpoint Security Lead Analyst you will be focused on administration, policy configurations and exceptions management for various Endpoint Security tools. Other duties include operational support, risk analysis of proposed security policy changes and exception requests, periodic security policy and exceptions review, troubleshooting support issues and review of changes made to the platform in response to member firm or internal change requests. You will work with internal technology teams as well as interact with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage security policies and exceptions for various Endpoint Security Technologies (including Advanced Threat Protection, Admin Rights Management, Web Protection and Removable Media Protection). Respond to GNOC, SOC, and Member Firm escalations as necessary to adequately support the Endpoint Security Services
• Monitor the service queue for change requests and ensure changes are implemented within the agreed SLA following strict internal change control processes
• Review security alerts, action as appropriate and initiate escalations to other teams, including Global Incident Response Team
• Contribute to knowledge documents and playbooks outlining support procedures and workflows
• Assist operational issue resolution, including working with other internal Deloitte technology teams and vendors
• Work with other Cyber security teams and subject matter experts on technical issues and testing
• Work directly with Firms and end users on operational problem resolution, and on event, policy, and incident resolution
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including support ticket resolution and trackin

Who you'll work with:
Global Technology Services works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant security experience in support and/or operations, including system management and administration for mid to large size organization
• Hands on experience with any Advanced Threat Protection technology (e.g., Cylance, Crowdstrike, Carbon Black, etc.)
• Good understanding of malware family, attack vector, vulnerability, threat and outbreak containment.
• A motivated self-starter able to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to create, manage and maintain endpoint protection security policies in a large, complex environment
• Analytical/problem solving ability, strong influence and negotiation skills, very strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent relationship management skills. Strong customer service skills and orientation, including ability to influence and communicate up
Other Qualifications:
• Experience with other Endpoint Security technologies like McAfee, Avecto/Beyond Trust, Symantec DLP, Symantec Web Security
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification
• Understanding of Active Directory, RBAC, least privilege, incident response and SOC operations
• Experience with scripting tool and programing language such as PowerShell, Python, VB
