Adecco is assisting a local Window and Door manufacturer recruiting for Project Coordinators. These are short term contracts for 2 - 4 months, that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Qualified candidates must also have Accounts Receivable experience to be considered. This position would be working full time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay $25.00 - $30.00/hr. depending on prior experience.
Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain equipment rental agreements
• Track progress of projects
• Manage back charges and change orders
• Process Insurance documentation for customers and installers
• Issue Safety Documents per project
• Manage files of projects
• Submit Close Out documentation including final release, warranty certificate, any bond documents or CCIP requirements
• Constructing billing and collections
• Setting up new customers
• Review equipment and subcontractor listings to ensure all equipment has been billed
• Post payments received
• Build sales orders
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years Project Coordinator and AR experiences
• Prior Sage/Peachtree experience
• Prior Texture (for progress billing)
• Prior experience with pay application systems
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
