Job Description Our client in Tampa is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist with a strong customer service orientation to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist:
• Provide technical support to end users
• Resolve limited technical issues
• Respond to telephone and email requests
• Document, track, and monitor problem to timely resolution
• Handle computer equipment through all stage of its life cycle
Requirements of the Help Desk Specialist:
• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk position
• Associate's degree in related field preferred
• Strong Windows OS experience
