ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• All duties for CCS1
• All duties for DOD Coordinator
• Cashier retail unit, cash deposits and payments
• Review delivery / service tickets with customers as required
• Meet and Greet customers in the department
• Handle incoming calls and customer request as necessary
• Reconciliation of accounts, cash drawers
• Greet service/delivery appointment customers promptly and accurately based on company guidelines
• Perform all essential opening and closing duties
• Additional responsibilities and duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / PROFICIENCY STANDARDS:
• At least 2 years’ customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend English
• Dependable & Detail Oriented
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
• Ability to operate Windows environment & programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of company software
• Ability to remain calm in a fast paced, stressful environment
• Ability to work 8AM – 8PM Sunday – Saturday (hours will vary)
• Accurate typing skills, 35 words per minute or more
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed
