Are you a corporate attorney with at least 2+ years of experience handling sophisticated corporate transactions?  Parker & Lynch Legal is working with an AmLaw 100 law firm that has offices throughout Florida and is looking for a corporate securities attorney.  This is a fantastic group with highly credentialed attorneys and a great firm culture.  The ideal attorney would be sitting in the Tampa Bay area, but if you prefer South Florida or further North, they are agreeable.
Do You Have What It Takes?
• The ideal attorney will have 2+ years of experience in sophisticated corporate transactions with an emphasis on public M&A, private and public securities and/or capital markets
• The ideal attorney will have top academic credentials and coming from Big Law
• The ideal attorney will be Florida licensed or be willing to sit for the next Bar Examination
