Location: 100% Travel Based position - will be required to travel to various states while on project within regions of US
Pay: $24.12/hr - paid weekly on a W2 basis ($50/day offered per diem when traveling)
4 month contract - starting ASAP
Position Summary: Will work with Team Lead in Facility Tech Refresh Project in a hospital environment. The candidate will deploy iMobile devices (iPhone) at the customer sites including but not limited to the deployment preparation, setting up the hardware, identifying problems, inventory legacy devices and any other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
• 25% of the job will be downloading apps on iPhone, the other 75% is customer service for hospital employees (doctors and nurses)
Requirements :
• Needs to live near metro airport
• The candidate should be comfortable to work in a hospital environment.
• TB and Flu shot, proof or willing to get done asap
• The work schedule may require afterhours and weekend work as needed.
• Great attitude and personality, white glove service and team mentality
Travel Requirements
• Travel Sunday for work Monday-Friday, return home Friday/Saturday
• Schedule: 7 weeks of deployment; the weeks of 3/15, 3/29, 4/12, 4/26, 6/7, 6/21 and 7/12
• Travel State(s): Virginia, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Idaho, New Hampshire, Texas, California, Georgia, Utah, South Carolina, Kansas, Louisiana, and Missouri
• The candidate must 100% commit with the schedule.
• The candidate should have no travel restrictions to travel to the travel states.
• The candidate will travel on Sunday and be on site on Monday morning and return on Friday as per deployment schedule. (this schedule may vary due to the site requirements)
Technical Requirements:
• iPhone knowledge as a current User (Has iPhone right now)
• Basic knowledge of iPhone operating system
• Professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Possess knowledge of deployment of end user devices
