The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

As a Senior Business Analyst in Corporate Common Services, you will collaborate with business partners, developers and testers on an Agile delivery team to build products that are critical for external and internal clients. You’ll analyze business processes end-to-end to find opportunities to design efficient products. You’ll be able to demonstrate your multi-tasking abilities in managing requirements analysis, supporting business team requests, ETE support requests and guiding multi functional teams on new application registration and onboarding process.
What you’ll do:
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to developers and testers in the application of information and standard methodologies
Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
Stay ahead of customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
Create and Maintain user guides and training material
Support internal clients in onboarding new products and roles
Solve access management issues in lower environments
Manage team business and user documentation on sharepoint
Facilitate meetings with business partners to analyze requirements and document them
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key partners
Assist team in validating business solutions, upgrades and conversions
Support business team during production change requests like mergers and acquisitions
Analyze business data requirements and provide reports
Support audit needs running adhoc sqls and providing reports
Support new asset adoption to developer marketplace
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on functional changes
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Draft and review communications, including written announcements, blogs, videos, etc.
Facilitate collaborative partner meetings, document and follow up on action items, and develop reporting for IT leadership, most often in PowerPoint
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

6 – 8 years of relevant experience
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of a wireframe tool and JIRA is a plus
Working experience on DB2 database is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
