Full Job Description Do you have a passion for staffing and a drive to meet with success? Due to increased growth, our firm is looking for a strong "right hand" person to execute operational strategies, mentor and grow team members and ensure the highest level of customer service to both the customers and candidates we serve. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a firm that specializes in high volume, quick-turn recruitment & staffing.
Responsibilities:
• Provide recruiters with guidance on daily job fill priorities
• Ensure candidate presentation to clients meet the firm's quality standards and responsiveness timeline
• Ensure follow-up with clients & candidates is done expeditiously, courteously and with a "solution-oriented" mindset
• Implement & execute on operational strategies & efficiencies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Track & monitor established KPI's
• Interface with key clients as needed
• Ensure legal & HR requirements are adhered to at all times
Job Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in the staffing industry
• Familiar with HR compliance & employee relations
• Prior experience leading a team to success
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong sense of urgency in meeting business & operational objectives
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic & highly dependable
• Bachelors degree in business related field
