Full Job Description OVERVIEW: Fairfield Serves is a leading provider of commercial cleaning services in the Tampa metro area. The Janitorial Services Member will be responsible for providing day-to-day janitorial and cleaning services. The Janitor will follow a daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule to clean and sanitize the specified locations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sweep and mop floors daily and additionally as necessary.
• Empty all trashcans and replace liners, clean receptacles weekly or additionally as necessary.
• Dust, clean and sanitize all doors, handles and other areas that are frequently touched at minimum daily.
• Dust, clean and sanitize racking based on monthly cleaning schedule.
• Perform cleaning all cleaning services. This includes wiping down, vacuuming and cleaning the inside of bathrooms/closets.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manners.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Properly label, dilute and use all cleaning chemicals.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Provide purchase requests for cleaning supplies to supervisor as necessary.
• Provide general cleaning and maintenance to outside grounds.
• Able to effectively communicate and interact with coworkers, managers and customers/clients.
• This position functions in an indoor environment and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High level of attention to detail
· US citizen or valid work authorization

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand; walk; sit; bend, squat; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; taste smell; reach with hands and arms, balance; stoop kneel crouch; talk or hear. Frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 40 pounds is required. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
