Full Job Description We are looking for a customer-oriented Dispatch associate. The Dispatch associate, acts as a liaison, provides services, information, and participates in the resolution of some emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Dispatch associates are genuinely excited to help our clients. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Dispatch associates can put themselves in our clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Client feedback is priceless, and as the Dispatch associate you will gather that for them. Problem-solving comes naturally to Dispatch associates. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve clients complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to clients inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of client interactions, process client spreadsheets and file documents electronically
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Dispatch associate
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with Excel, Email, Google Applications systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
