Full Job Description Regional Manager - Restaurant Operations
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations in the Tampa/St. Pete market. He/she has responsibility for mentoring and developing leaders, and ensuring efficient kitchen and Front of House operations. Ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that company policies, procedures and vision are practiced consistently on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high performance team that embodies the vision of the business. This should be highly intentional and happen every day through goal-setting and regular performance feedback.
Work with the BOH and FOH shift managers to efficiently manage labor costs in real-time.
Follow all company standards and procedures.
A deep understanding and appreciation of all federal and local health code regulations.
Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
Train team to present food to guests with neatness and attractiveness.
Ensure kitchen is always clean and organized – Back Stage Tour ready.
Ensure all system and processes are in effect
Identify all kitchen repairs and maintenance needs
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members. Those behaviors include:
o Hustle that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
o Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
o Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
o Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Solid computer skills a must and familiarity with leading POS and other restaurant technology platforms.
Passion for developing people and possess strong leadership skills.
Great communicator both in handling difficult situations and a diverse team.
Understand the fundamentals of every position on the team.
