Our Customer Service Representatives on the Healthcare team are tasked with discovering if candidates will qualify to enroll in one of the medical studies that our client is currently staffing. If you have a professional image combined with some experience in the healthcare field, this could be the job for you! This is a full time position. All types of medical students and professionals (especially those that are bilingual) are encouraged to apply to gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
*Demonstrates appropriate customer care behaviors (empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness, etc.)
*Records, investigates and identifies profiles to determine appropriate action steps
*Logs, tracks and appropriately documents interactions through utilization of call center technology
*Demonstrates and supports compliance to all policies and procedures
*Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
*High School Diploma/GED
*Must be able to multitask in a technologically based environment
*Available to work a fulltime flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, to include evening shifts each week
*Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse populations
