Full Job Description Retail Pool Store Associate Responsibilities:
• Provide great customer service to individuals visiting or calling the store.
• Initiate contact with customers to welcome them and generate sales by determining what the customer needs are.
• Diligently learn everything about the products you are selling.
• Work with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility. Including but not limited to cash handling, inventory, general housekeeping and merchandising.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. weekends and holidays)
• Always project a clean and professional image
• Ensure your working environment is kept clean, safe and clutter free.
• Perform water balance testing, accurately, for customers.
• Assist other services and areas when necessary.
Retail Pool Store Associate Qualifications:
• Great communication skills.
• Be organized, hardworking and dependable.
• Have reliable transportation.
• 1 year prior retail experience. (Preferred but not required)
• Able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
• Basic computer skills. (we train you to operate our POS system and Water Testing Application)
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 or older.

Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
