What the Billing Coordinator does:
· Sort documentation and prep for scanning
· Scan documents
· Request and log missing information from clients
· Ensure batches are released within guidelines
· File paper records as needed
· Travel to 2-3 client offices to pick up documents
What experience we require:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Personal vehicle for travel (mileage paid)
· Ability to scan documents
· Basic written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion that are sound, accurate and supported by the reasoning and inclusion of appropriate people
· Must be able to interact well with all kinds of people
