Full Job Description Jerry Ulm's Collision Center is looking to add a Service B DC Representatives to our team. This individual shall conduct outbound customer service follow-up and customer transactions including payment processing. The ideal candidate must be, customer-focused and able to handle customer issues effectively. As a CSR, this position is essential to creating a customer friendly environment via telephone and face to face interaction..

Responsibilities
• Manage incoming requests from customers, scheduling appointments, handling their concerns and questions as well as present them with the best solution to their needs.
• Work with Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely.
• Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate service visits. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
• Perform all other Customer Care duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Prior Customer Service Experience
