Seacoast is seeking a Vice President, Consumer Marketing Officer to develop and oversee all prospecting and cross sell multi-channel campaign activity for the banks largest line of business.
This role is part of a small, high-impact team reporting to the Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing and working closely with business leaders. The successful candidate for the Vice President, Consumer Marketing Officer Role is a highly motivated, results-driven leader who has an expert level understanding of consumer needs and behavior.
This role is critical to ensuring our consumer customer base grows and drives profitable outcomes for the organization.
What youll do:
• Manage the development and implementation of cross channel prospect marketing and lead generation activities
• Manage cross sell multi-channel campaigns for lending, deposit, payments, and fee growth
• Utilizing data and analytics, review and improve targeting methods, offers and messaging based on results and learnings
• Develop, implement, & continually improve customer treatment strategies with a focus on maximizing relationships with a customer-centric approach that supports profitability
• Play a key role in consumer product, offer and service strategy
• Guide and support goal setting and measurement for consumer campaigns
• Provide valuable trends and actionable insights to business leaders to help drive sales productivity as it relates to consumer marketing campaigns
• Work closely with cross-functional team members to reach key goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience. Financial services experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with multiple areas including sales, data and analytics, marketing, human resources, finance, and technology.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to draft business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and question data.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and develop insights.
• S pecific Skills:
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and analytics tools.
