Full Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Duties-
• Main focus of the position will be processing high-volume AP invoices
• Handle full cycle AP functions
• Research and correct account discrepancies
• Post AP reconciliations as needed
• Post bank reconciliations as needed
• Support financial close activities as needed
Requirements:
• Experience with high-volume invoicing
• Basic Excel skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
• High-volume invoicing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounts Payable: 2 years (Preferred)
