Job Description:
Divisional Fulfillment Leader
Sets the strategic direction and manages the overall business process of a large fulfillment center. Collaborates and maintains effective partnerships with key sales partners to drive profitable revenue growth and improve end to end loan manufacturing quality. Proactively resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within line of business/operations segments. Responsible for budget/expense management and achieving identified operational goals as well as reporting and forecasting for areas managed. Functions managed have high exposure to regulatory and compliance risk. Applies knowledge and expertise to provide daily operational support, execution and problem resolution that result in operational excellence for the business.  Ensures a consistently exquisite experience is provided to our customers, clients and shareholders. Builds inclusive and engaging work environment.
Required Skills :
• 3 plus years of operations management experience
• 7 plus years of loan production experience
• Successful track record attracting, developing and retaining highly talented production teams
• Strong credit/underwriting background
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Effective process management skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Experienced in leading and developing other leaders
• Proven track record of building and maintaining collaborative relationships.
• Effective in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that align to the business strategy
Desired Skills:
• 5 plus years operations management experience
• 10 plus years of loan production experience
• Experience with Merrill Clients
• Experience managing large and diverse production teams
• Experience managing underwriting, processing and loan closing teams
• Previous loan fulfillment site management experience
• College Degree - B.A. or B.S. preferable
