Dynasty Building Solutions established in 2014 and growing rapidly
with 22 million in gross revenue, over 150 employees, and 4 locations. We've seen

our growth pattern. Because of this, we are looking for one
awesome person to support our very busy Managing Director,
bringing organizational and once operations skills to the
forefront. This is where you come in.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
Planning, executing, and facilitating team meetings and events
Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and driving agreement on
action items
Coordinating people and project deliverables across different
departments
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and
following up on outstanding items
Managing expenses and Enhance activities to track and
analyze budget
Prioritizing requests, meetings, and activities based on
business goals and objectives
Taking full ownership of the Managing Director's calendar and
email inbox
Planning and booking complex travel plans and itineraries for
the Managing Director and other staff members as needed
Acting as a resource for a variety of processes and systems
both internally and externally
Coordinating the smooth Tow of information and determining
appropriate courses of action for addressing and escalating
urgent matters
Working closely with the leadership team on recruitment Eles
and assisting with key talent attraction activities
Representing the Managing Director and making strategic
decisions based on organizational goals and objectives
Managing data and setting up result dashboards
Managing technology needs, data, and security
Developing policies and assisting with legal.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+ years' experience supporting an executive in an
administrative capacity or supporting the growth of an
organization
Previous experience in high growth environment strongly
preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and good
judgment
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Strong project management and facilitation skills using G
Suite, PowerPoint, and project management systems
Passion for continuous improvement and sharing best
practices
