We are looking for hard working, dependable representative with high-volume phone contact experience who have the drive and desire to grow with our expanding team. Business Development Agents will be in charge of scheduling consultations between sales staff and prospective clients. Ultimately, an outstanding Business Development Agent will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to generate interest in meeting with our Sales Representatives.
Company Description:
We are an established credit repair software company, looking for a skilled business development agent to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively selling our products and related services. This will involve personally contacting and securing new customers. We strive for an incredibly positive customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with prospective clients through sourced and qualified leads provided by the company
• Ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
• Help the Sales Department increase company sales
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Business Development, Collections, or similar experience would be advantageous
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Persuasive and results-oriented
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office preferred but not required
