We have an immediate opportunity in Tampa, FL for Agile Scrum Master.
The ideal candidate must have strong SM/Agile team level experience and must be able to mentor other scrum masters and continuous improvement in agile leadership. Should be mastery of agile principles, able to coach team members and become a leader of peers. Must be able to mentor lower level scrum masters – Mentors other scrum masters and the people on teams who wear the scrum master hat. Advocate agile across the organization. Contribute to agile growth of the organization and may participate in the hiring process of scrum masters. Begin tackling organizational impediments and comfortable opposing anti-patterns.  Must be JIRA expert and Confluence expert. Able to teach Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, XP and can start and facilitate Scrum of Scrums.
