If you are an experienced accountant or analyst with strong experience overseeing compensation or commission statements and contract compliance; this is a niched position just for you!
This professional will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations as well as overseeing employee compensation. This includes reading and understanding the contractual language to different employment agreements. Calculations of compensation settlements and accruals.
Requirements
• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5-10 years Accounting experienced
• Current or recent experience working with compensation or commissions
• Must have knowledge of contractual language and understanding employment agreements
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is a huge plus
