Position Description:
Ajilon is seeking to fill a Benefits Processor position in the Tampa area. This person will perform a variety of  duties associated with processing benefit inquires and applications.  In this position you will be responsible for eligibility verifications, preparing calculations on pension plans, and processing monthly payments. This person must know and understand all plan rules and regulations.  Additional reoccurring and seasonal projects will be assigned as well. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who also works well independently. This person will be a clear communicator and have the ability to interpret technical procedures, benefits plans and regulations, and make sound decisions based on their research and understanding.
Essential Functions:
• Preparation of complex pension calculations
• Act as point of contact regarding general account information, plan history, and monthly benefits inquiries
• Use strong/accurate data entry, audit, and analytical skills
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (experienced with VLOOKUP's and pivot tables)
• Understand Plan documents to administer pension benefits (must be familiar with ERISA and other regulations)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or business related field or equivalent experience
• Customer centricity; committed to customer success and satisfaction
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and organization skills
