A Nationwide Healthcare Collaborator is seeking a IT Director (Healthcare, IT Operations) in Tampa, FL.
Skills & Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role(s) within healthcare, enterprise environments
* Must possess very strong healthcare IT operations experience in healthcare delivery, patient facing setting(s) (e.g. health care / hospital system, community health center, provider network / physician offices, etc.)
* Proven experience demonstrating management and people developmental skills with the flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels (internally: enterprise staff, Board of Directors, other senior executives, externally: auditors and service providers).
* Proven experience in the following areas: contract negotiations, organizational development, change management, and identifying emerging technology trends for the betterment of the business
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related discipline
