Functional Analyst to provide support for SOF AT&L-KM eBusiness contractor support at MacDill, AFB.
Project Overview:
Provide technical and functional personnel and resources, primarily to ensure the success of SOCOM/TSOC eBusiness systems with emphasis on SPS/Adapter for the 26 SOCOM/TSOC/CyberCom offices and if needed to the local administrators supporting SPS and other aspects of eBusiness. To ensure the helpdesk is successfully manned and service tickets are handled in a timely and effective manner.
• Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for the data input and retrieval of data and information as well as regularly scheduled and ad hoc data extraction and information/reports generation using the listed automated business systems as well as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint software. Support of user’s to include contract writing system issues, training as well as system upgrades
Role Experience:
Experience, education and certification as a subject matter expert in contracting and of SOCOM/TSOC contracting community, sound guidance and training of the electronic business applications and sustainment of the Standard Procurement System (SPS) and the end-to-end eBusiness applications.
• Network credentials and skill level to ensure contracting's eBusiness infrastructure is working.
• Provide support through the COR on evaluations, analysis, and reports that are ad hoc and labor intensive in nature.
• Work with the COR on all aspects of eBusiness.
• Notify the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) of any modifications contrary to DPAP memorandums, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and SOCOM Acquisition Regulation Supplement (SOFARS).
Education and years of experience:
• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of related work experience.
Required Clearance
• Ability to attain Top Secret
