You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Technical Infrastructure and Transformation team assists PwC with information technology transformation efforts, helping us to improve our business value through optimising our information technology capabilities. You’ll help PwC understand, plan for, and realise strategic business opportunities in information technology.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
The Advisory Lab Administrators team for Manage Services Hosting supports lab environments consisting of more than 50 staff members. Responsibilities for this position will include prepping, managing, and imaging lab environments for training and classroom sessions, working with clients to address any technical issues in lab environment, maintaining the functionality and availability of all lab systems, and installing and upgrading drivers, firmware and applications as needed.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional business services environment, including the following areas:
• Systems administration, open source software methodologies, infrastructure operations, service management principles, Windows server and desktop administration; and,
• Software installations, applying OS patches, management of file systems, performance monitoring.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in industry and IT services pertaining to a professional services business environment, especially how information technology is integrated with business functions including:
• Windows and Mac Operating Systems, Windows Domain Architecture and VMware ESX;
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Laptops and Desktops; and,
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SAS, SATA, SSD, USB, and PC Architecture.
