Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are an E-Commerce company experiencing explosive growth and seeking a take initiative accounting professional to bring improvement, experience and competency to our outstanding accounting team. We are a multi-faceted company providing a variety of services to E-commerce businesses including accounting, merchant processing, fulfillment, white label manufacturing, marketing, branding, graphic design, web development and consulting, well as managing our own brands.
What Will You Be Doing Working With Us?
• Directly collaborate with owners, controller, merchant processing team and accounting team to manage a complex financial e-commerce model.
• Various Quickbooks Online functions including tagging, journal entries, etc.
• Preparation of financial reporting by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• General ledger account analysis and reconciliation
• Maintaining and reconciling multiple bank accounts
• Maintaining and reconciling multiple merchant processing accounts
• Maintaining and reconciling multiple credit card accounts
• AP and AR inputing, auditing, processing and reconciling
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Audit, process, allocate, and reconcile credit card transactions
• Perform data entry and other required tasks
• Compute and estimate transaction fees, refunds/chargebacks related to merchant processing
• Verify and track merchant processing rates and fees
• Monthly merchant processing statement reconciliation
• Assist with income tax preparation for multiple entities

Who you have to be for this position
• 4+ years of Accounting / Bookkeeping Experience
• Completed a degree or vocational training in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and be willing to adapt to new technologies and processes
• GAAP, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
