Customer Care Associate
Our client has been providing customer support to commercial clients since 1901 service customers in 10 different countries. Due to staff needs, we are currently searching for reliable and motivated candidate Customer Care Associate to join their team.
Duties
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel Skills)
• Previous experience with Data Entry
• SAP experience preferred by not required
• Telesales is helpful
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have experience working with a Sales Order Management system, order creation, reconfirmation, delivery and shipment creation
• Must feel comfortable in obtaining orders, cross sell and upsell opportunities based on trends and prior orders
• Must have prior experience in speaking by phone/ email with sales department, clients to update status of orders
Requirements
• Requires High School / GED with 2 year or 4 year ’ degree
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a professional office setting
• MS Office Suite proficient (Advanced Excel skills)
• SAP experience preferred
• Telesales helpful
• Experience working with a Sales Order Management system, order creation, reconfirmation, delivery and shipment creation.
• Must have prior experience taking customer orders by phone, email to include product need
• Must have prior experience in speaking with sales department, clients to update status of orders
• Must feel comfortable in obtaining order, cross sell and upsell opportunities based on trends and prior orders
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and Customer Service Manager to find availability of materials and find alternatives to fulfill order for customer
• Create account set up details to include, credit, logistics and production or products
• Generate internal/external reports to understand order status and identify gaps
• Open and process customer complaints (Price, Quality and logistics) to include follow-up
