GP has an opening for an LMS Systems Administrator. T his is a full-time, benefitted postion and for this role, you can work remotely.
SUMMARY: Provide technical and functional support to the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of existing Learning Management or Learning Content Management technology by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•    Perform all aspects of LMS administration which may include:
o    Create/publish/archive courses, add/delete accounts, set/adjust/maintain system parameters, add/delete resources, etc.
o    Upload, publish, and test e-Learning modules to ensuring proper functionality
o    Build training assignments and test criteria before release to ensure accurate audience assignment
o    Support the design and development of custom reports for clients
o    Escalate technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution
o    Complete daily tasks such as developing and sending status reports and responding to customer questions
o    Update database with current employee data
o    Maintain the integrity of employee records
o    Understand and articulate system requirements and constraints
o    Develop and document processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the system including email templates, reports, dashboards, and rule-based workflows
o    Periodically audit system data to ensure employee and data accuracy
o    Recommend and support improvement solutions relative to the needs of the LMS
o    Support system settings to capture survey metrics for online and classroom training courses in order to measure training effectiveness.
Basic Requirements:
•    Experience in enterprise LMS administration or learning technologies
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with special focus on Microsoft Excel data reporting and Microsoft PowerPoint charts
•    Ability to pay close attention to detail
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization
•    Strong team work and collaboration skills
Preferred Requirements:
•    Prior experience with SABA Cloud Learning Management System administration
•    Experience with Metrics that Matter
•    Project management experience
