This role is focused on developing, managing and innovating healthcare solutions aimed at the Dually Eligible population. These prospects and customers qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, and are serviced in multiple Medicare Advantage and Part D Programs. The Lead Product Manager leads the design, development, launch and management of initiatives that solve critical member, clinical, service and business needs. The successful candidate will have a natural curiosity to learn and understand how processes and initiatives impact the Dual Eligible population, with a keen focus on innovation to move from Best Practice to Next Practice. This is a high profile role with high growth potential, working on some of the company's most important strategic growth priorities. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate examples of core product management skills including strategic thinking, outcomes orientation, cross-functional project management and matrixed team leadership. Collaborating with and influencing others will be a critical leadership competency for this candidate. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The Lead Product Manager - Duals Segment leads all phases of the product and innovation lifecycle by developing products and initiatives to meet customer needs and achieve specific growth, experience and clinical outcomes. Drives business case development and specifies data needs, new processes and measurement approach to launch and scale pilots. Once products and projects are launched, monitors efficacy and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products and projects are meeting customer needs and desired outcomes. Develops communications strategies to ensure all key stakeholders are aligned and are informed. Interacts with teams across the organization ranging from Marketing, Sales, Product, Service, Finance, Operations, Stars and Clinical; also interfaces with local community teams to advance strategy. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree + 5-8 years of professional experience, with track record of bringing new products/services to market, ideally in the healthcare space + Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills + Human-centered design mindset + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Influential cross-functional leader + Strong project management and critical thinking skills + Experience in data analytics + Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + MBA or other relevant Master's level degree + Experience with Medicare Advantage business **LOCATION** This position is located in Humana Louisville offices but will be working remote temporarily.
