Duration          :  6-12+ months
Initially remote then onsite after covid
• Scrum Master and Agile Coach having 9+ Years of professional experience in Marketing, Finance and Lab domain in Agile/ Scrum environment.
• Involved in Coaching, Training and effective management of the Scrum Framework.
• Championed and coached Lean/Agile principles to multiple teams as part of organizational initiative to move to scrum from waterfall model.
• Coached teams to understand and adapt to the Agile vision of the executive management for the organization.
