1. Minimum of 7 years of experience
2. AWS cert or experience
3. Python or R is good—team is big on R
4. Spark background, big data processing
5. Big Data ETL
6. SQL Server or Elastic
7. XML, Json, TSV -- any
8. Datawarehouse – Snowflake - nice to have
