Loan Assistant
First Citrus Bank of Tampa, FL is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our lending team as a full-time Loan Assistant . The Loan Assistant is responsible for providing broad-based administrative support to the Commercial Loan Officers and clients. Assisting in the entire loan process from application to closing and continuing to assist the client as the primary contact for loan servicing thereafter.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A LOAN ASSISTANT
• Minimum 3 years of loan assistance experience in a commercial lending support role
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Ability to be flexible while understanding the work environment is constantly changing; embraces new ideas and initiatives across a wide variety of situations
Can you provide exceptional client service? Are you self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team? Do you have experience providing support to commercial lenders to include scheduling, drafting commitment letters, attending loan closings, coordinating loan advancements, tracking and updating loans in process? Do you like to learn and enjoy working with various groups of people both in person and over email/phone? Do you have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal?
