Key Responsibilities
The Shipping Clerk will prepare orders for shipment, including but not limited to running reports, analyzing data, and scheduling routing.  Clerks will need to possess good communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Functions
•Pack, collect and keep detail records of all order shipments.
•Prepare documents such as invoices, work orders, and bills of lading.
•Enter data with shipping instructions, tracking and delivery information into warehouse systems.
•Place correct packing slips on boxes.
•Utilize devices such as scanners and scales to keep up to date records of inventory.
•Move inventory from one area to another utilizing proper equipment.
•Arrange and schedule pick up by a third party.
Education & Experience Requirements:
•1 yr. Warehouse experience preferred.
•Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•Microsoft Office experience.
•FMS and DMS experience preferred.
•Must be able to operate Forklift/Pallet jack/Dollies.
•Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed including weekends.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
•Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
•Spanish Bilingual preferred.
