CLA is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to become an integral member of our Internal Operations team which will support the Tampa, FL office directly and serve as a member of larger regional/national teams This is a mid-level support staff opportunity that is seeking someone that’s self-sufficient, self- starter, flexible, and open minded.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all software data management, new client and engagement setup
• Works with team to produce and finalize engagement letters.
• Attend to various tasks for engagement teams through a task management system in Outlook
• Manage facility by placing service calls, scheduling maintenance appointments, ordering supplies, ensuring equipment is in good working order
• Serves as the point of contact with computers/technology in order to assist CLA IT and office with technology, computer and office equipment refreshes, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.
• Will assist with tax organizers, scan tax work papers, assemble and deliver tax returns and financial statements, and contribute to other special projects.
• Participates in an office rotation of maintaining the office
• Contributes to larger regional or national teams for a variety of defined outcomes
• Other administrative responsibilities and tasks as assigned
• Thrives working in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated, and enjoys the challenge of identifying and finding solutions
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
Education and Experience preferred or required:
• 5 or more years of related experience
• High school degree or high school equivalency. Associate or Bachelor's degree, a plus
• Professional services industry experience, a plus
• Office and property management, a plus
• Client Service Excellence
• Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Outlook, required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Commitment to confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism at all times
