The Dealer Marketing Program Manager works in conjunction with the Channel Marketing and Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage dealer channel engagement programs and tools to ensure product adoption at targeted dealers. Lead implementation strategy to gain adoption of innovative and underserved products, drive incremental revenue through direct and indirect distribution models and expand dealer audience reach in and outside of the door category.
Responsibilities:
• Become the expert on specific dealer needs, path to market, customer attraction and communication of product value proposition as it relates to dealer ​ market.
• Manage cooperative marketing initiatives.  Inclusive of campaign development, execution and project management of programs designed for dealer customers.
• Execute and measure marketing initiatives to effectively manage consumer to dealer lead conversion.
• Use analytical thinking to achieve KPIs and perform reporting against them.
• Train sales team to have clear understanding of dealer program(s) strategy and functions.
• Lead strategic alliance with 3rd party agency to implement programs.
• Partner with distributor sales team to insure sufficient involvement with dealer initiatives.
• Communicate to a dealer target list on a consistent basis.
• Maintain Masonite brand/voice in all communication pieces and support materials.
• Be the voice of the customer to ensure proper alignment with marketing strategies.
• Present marketing strategies with dealer principals, marketing, sales and showroom associates.
• Work with the product management teams to evaluate industry trends, identify product gaps, establish a meaningful product mix, drive key placement with dealers then track success.
• Attend dealer events and key meetings as needed.
• Ability to develop customer presentations and present in front of small and large groups of people, including executives, as necessary.
• Work with sales teams to develop sales promotions and incentives that help to drive growth with key accounts.
• Be an active participant on the Marketing team, contributing cross-business perspectives, ideas, and learnings.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience.
• Marketing and direct sales experience in wholesale distribution, specifically with dealers is preferred.
• Strategic thinker who has a history of making critical business decisions based on data and instinct.
• Ability to lead a variety of vendor relationships to provide industry leading marketing and sales tools.
• Strong project management and multi-channel business-to-business campaign experience.
• Proven track record of analyzing data and market research then putting it into meaningful customer solutions.
• Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, clearly communicating to cross functional teams, deriving and delivering budgets and successfully bringing initiatives to life in a changing business environment.
• Outstanding written, interpersonal communication skills and professional approach to business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
