We heard you knock! The Director, Integrated Marketing is responsible for designing multi-touch, omnichannel demand creation programs for products that meet the needs of our Strategic Value Targets(SVTs).
Specific responsibilities include campaign strategy and planning, determining the tactical mix and calls to action, and setting individual program goals and measurement criteria. This individual will manage internal and external resources, including a team of direct reports and external agencies. A demonstrated ability to leverage the power of owned digital technologies (including Masonite.com) in demand creation is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute measurable omnichannel demand creation programs that drive revenue and improve the consideration to preference ratio.
• Work collaboratively with the external agency and channel marketing to design campaigns that influence the homeowner from end to end in their journey, with appropriate channel engagement and activation.
• Establish common campaign frameworks and target audience media profiles.
• Own and plan for owned and paid media, while working in partnership with the Communications team on earned media.
• Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing.
• Work in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive demand, including product marketing, channel marketing, communications, and marketing operations.
• Develop best in class website experience, working with product marketing to effectively build and deliver the right experience for our SVT and execute product positioning and messaging as the owner of Masonite.com
• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities based financial and none financials KPIs.
• Manage and work with internal and external vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including direct marketing agencies, website and search experts, content creation, and marketing operations.
• Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Manage and adhere to campaign budget.
Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of demand creation or brand/product promotion experience.
• Five or more years of digital/inbound marketing including Web and content marketing.
• Ability to leverage social media to see demand, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) and content syndication.
• Experience with marketing automation, web content management, web analytics and business intelligence(systems and reporting are owned by Marketing Operations).
• Excellent communications with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
• Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills.
• Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.
• Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills.
• Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services.
• Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with budget management.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• MBA in Marketing is strongly preferred.
